All our meals are prepared in our Kitchen, by Meriem, our Chef and her two helpers. All meals are composed with fresh seasonal vegetables, proteines (fish, chicken, beef , turkey), slowrelease sugars (cereals, pasta, rice, bread..) , seasonal fruits and low amounts of fat (olive oil).
Ketchup and Chicken Nuggets are home made, and we do not deep fry our food.
