Opened in September 2011, Ecole Montessori Casablanca is an independent private establishment.
EMC is the first school in Morocco to offer a program following Dr. Maria Montessori’s method.

Opening of the Elementary
(6-12 environment)
EMC expanded its educational offerings by introducing an Elementary program for children aged 6 to 12. This addition allowed the school to provide a Montessori education to a wider age group.

Foundation of the Association Montessori Morocco
Affiliated to the Association Montessori Internationale.
2018
Opening of the CIL Campus
EMC opened the CIL Campus, located in the city center.
The CIL Campus offers a Montessori program for toddlers and
primary-aged children.
This campus provides convenient access to Montessori education for families residing in the city center of Casablanca.
2020
Opening of the Adolescent program
This program is located at the House of Youth, offering a progressive education for adolescents in Casablanca.
2022
British School Overseas Accreditation
EMC achieved British Accreditation in 2022. This accreditation confirms that the school meets the standards set by the accrediting body in the United Kingdom, signifying its commitment to high-quality education.
2023
Pearson Edexcel Accreditation
EMC obtained Pearson Edexcel Accreditation in September 2023. This accreditation enables the school to offer internationally recognized qualifications and assessments provided by Pearson Edexcel, a renowned UK-based examination board.
